General Venue Questions

Q: Where are you located?

A: We are located in the Lakewood Shopping Plaza in Durham, NC (between Duke University and downtown Durham). For detailed directions, see our Visit/Directions page.

Q: When do you open?

A: Our grand opening is December 7th. We will host a special preview of our venue on November 23rd, during the Scrap Exchange’s Smashfest.


Seating and Tickets

Q: How are seats assigned?

A: Rhythms Live is a fully-seated, general admission venue with tables and chairs surrounding a stage. Seating is first-come, first serve and your ticket guarantees you a seat in the venue.

Doors open two (2) hours before the show starts. Guests will receive a line-order ticket from the box office as they arrive. When the music hall opens for seating, before each show, guest will be seated according to their line order ticket that indicates the order of arrival.

Q: How Can I Buy Tickets?

A: Tickets can be purchased online here or by phone at 1-800-514-3849. Our physical box office will be opening soon.

Q: What Time Do Doors Open?

A: Unless otherwise noted, doors open 2 hours prior to showtime.

Q: If I Arrive Early, Can I Hold Seats For My Friends?

A: Rhythms Live has a “half party” policy. In order to hold seats, half of your party must be present. So if you have a party of four, two people must be present to hold seats for the rest of the party.

Q: Is dinner served before, after or during the show?

A: Food service will begin shortly after the doors open. Out of respect for the performers, food service will stop once the show starts. However, both of our bars will remain open until the show is over.

Q: Does my ticket include food and drink?

A: No. Your ticket guarantees you admission and a seat in the venue. Food and drink are not included.

Q: Am I required to buy dinner?

A: Although we would love for you to sample something from our menu, you are not required to purchase food or drink.


Parking

Q: What is the parking policy?

A: Rhythms Live patrons can park in the Lakewood Shopping complex parking lot. Parking spaces are FREE and conveniently located close to our venue.
